The Integrated Threat Analysis Simulation Environment (ITASE) Integrated Forces Analyst performs studies using force-on-force scenarios for threat weapon and sensor systems; Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) systems; cyber disruption and degradation effects; and related analysis on all types of foreign threat weapon systems versus various Blue systems. The primary tasks of the ITASE Integrated Forces Analyst are to conduct Integrated Forces Analysis (IFA) using analytical skills to assess military capabilities of other countries and threat regions and apply that intelligence to study efforts. Daily Duties include supporting requirements development; development of military force-on-force study plans in support of Combatant Commands and Program Developers; building scenarios in ITASE; conducting authentication of operational scenarios in the ITASE modeling environment; executing ITASE studies in constructive or manned simulation; conducting the analysis of the runs; and documentation and presentation of system assessments. The candidate will work closely with Government to coordinate requirements, design, and testing of solutions.
The candidate must be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to work as part of an integrated product team consisting of both Government and contractor personnel. Ideal candidate would possess experience with supporting Department of Defense; planning of military combat operations; modeling in force-on-force environments; conducting systems analysis; and a knowledge and understanding of C4 systems, RF- and EO/IR-based weapon and sensor systems, cyber warfare, anti-satellite weapons, directed energy weapon systems, GPS systems, and the signal propagation environments associated with these systems.
A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, math, or computer science and 5 - 20 years of applicable experience. Good communication skills, both written and oral. Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and willingness to work as an integrated team. Experience in analysis of military operations desired. Good data analysis, documentation and organization skills are required. Some knowledge of C++, Python and MATLAB is beneficial.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a TS/SCI Clearance.
