    Responsibilities

    Support Fires Battle Lab and Fires Center of Excellence with all aspects of Electric Fires experimentation planning, coordination and execution.

     

    New Employee Success Factors

    • 30 days Complete all requisite Government training courses
    • 60 days Fully integrate with Fires Battle Lab Staff and determine who your Fires Center of Excellence Government and Contractor counterparts are within the CDID and begin collaboration.
    • 90 days Complete all CDRL’s for first 90 days and become a fully contributing team member for the next Electric Fires experimentation event.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Possess a “Top Secret” security clearance at the time of hiring or be able to obtain a TS clearance within three months of award.
    • Possess one year experience in design and execution of experiments (prototype, concept, capabilities, seminars and war games) of electric fires systems e.g. High Energy Lasers, High Power Microwaves, Railguns etc.
    • Possess one year experience in the staffing and coordination actions to operate electric fires for live range operations to include coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, Army Spectrum Management Office, and Laser Clearing House
    • Minimum 8 years general experience in Electric Fires, Lasers, HPM, Railguns or related technology.
