Our core competencies  include simulation software and training simulators; geospatial databases; 3D models; war fighter exercise support; systems engineering and analysis; verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A); test and evaluation support; Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) and Man-in-the-Loop (MIL) simulation. 

    Responsibilities

    Provide Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) development support for Level 1-3 IMI. Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

    • Analysis and storyboarding of technical content for training
    • Participation in Agile development process including daily SCRUMs, sprint planning and sprint demos
    • Utilize development tools to generate interactive and non-interactive embedded training tutorials
    • Utilize video capture software for training content
    • Implement narration and navigation sequences to training content
    • Narration script writing
    • 3D modeling/content development
    • Develop practical working knowledge of tactical system simulation software and be able to provide intermittent testing and demonstration as required
    • Collaboration with team members and subject matter experts to design, create, test and document work product
    • Follow project lead’s tasking and schedule milestones to ensure on-time product delivery
    • Work independently while maintaining coordination of effort and prioritization with the team
    • Other related duties, as required

     

    New Hire Success Factors:

    • 30 days Familiarity with contract program and requirements. Producing content according to established requirements and sprint cycle under close supervision. Active participation in Agile development process.
    • 60 days Continued content development, but requiring less supervision. Able to demonstrate content development functionality during customer sprint demos.
    • 90 days Able to self-prioritize and meet schedule and deliverable requirements with minimal to no supervision while maintaining quality standards.

    Qualifications

    • BA plus minimum 2 years experience in IMI/Computer Based Training development
    • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Visual Studio, Camtasia and Audacity tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in Windows and Linux development environments a plus
    • Secret Security Clearance a plus, ability to obtain clearance upon employment required
