    Provide Quality Assurance/Configuration Management oversight to product and service offerings for Department of Defense and Commercial contracts. Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

    • Utilize a variety of administrative, analytical, and technical methods and techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of products
    • Develop test plans from multiple sources including contract documents, design and development plans, Jira requirements and technical input
    • Perform integration and test inspections of hardware and software
    • Provide independent verification that critical operations have been performed and certify results of inspections.
    • Interface with various levels of technical personnel
    • Prepare written reports, memoranda and correspondence in accordance with contract deliverables
    • Track non-conformance reports through resolution and closure
    • Monitor and ensure configuration management practices are upheld
    • Assist with materials tracking and accountability for multiple programs and lab spaces
    • Ensure ISO9001 compliance and provide audit support as required
    • Provide QA/CM support to multiple projects simultaneously
    • Other related duties, as required

    New Employee Success Factor:

    • 30 days Familiarity with contract programs and requirements. Review and understanding of processes.
    • 60 days Healthy working relationship with key team members, development of quality plan for each active project while closely working with Program Manager(s) and team members.
    • 90 days Able to self-prioritize and meet schedule and deliverable requirements with minimal to no supervision while maintaining quality standards.


    • BA plus minimum 5 years experience in Quality Management field
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira and TeamCity
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in Windows and Linux development environments a plus
    • Secret Security Clearance required
    • Must be a US Citizen
