    Responsibilities

    AEgis Technologies is looking for a junior-level analyst to perform M&S validation activities on the Element representations in the C2BMC Planner. These activities include script and tool development, comparative analysis, and identification of findings, capabilities and limitations. The candidate will be analyzing planner capabilities against numerous other comparative data points. The candidate must be knowledgeable of the BMDS and its elements.

     

    New Employee Success Factors (Success factors are simply the results we want this person to deliver, in order for us to consider this person a successful hire):

    • 30 days - Integrated with team, accounts set up, understand the validation needs.
    • 60 days  - Has begun to contribute to validation effort providing help with tool creation, test design, and/or analysis.
    • 90 days – Has fully integrated with the team and able to perform tasks autonomously.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in a technical field, preferably engineering, physics, computer science, or math
    • 2-6 years of relative experience.
    • Knowledge of BMDS Elements
    • Must have an active clearance.
