Responsibilities

Scenario Design Analyst to support MDA Rapid Scenario Prototyping (RaSP) Scenario Design team. Responsible for analysis of ground test scenarios and requirements to ensure scenario design requirements are fully satisfied through analysis of blue force and red force performance capabilities and interactions. Also participates in generation of scenario design documentation to capture details of ground test scenario designs and requirements satisfaction.

 

New Hire Success Factors:

  • 30 Days - Develop understanding of RaSP scenario design process, inputs, and product
  • 60 Days - Develop capability to analyze scenario design requirements in terms of Assessment Requirements (ARs), Critical Assessment Conditions (CACs), and Key Test Points (KTPs) and understand their use in scenario design process.
  • 90 Days - Demonstrate ability to contribute to scenario design verification and products generation for current test event.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Engineering, Physics, or Math with 5-15 years of experience. Experience in analysis related to missile defense components and systems. Strong analysis skills including requirements analysis and systems analysis. Proficiency with MS Office suite. MDA and BMDS experience required. MATLAB and/or Python experience a plus.
